PVC雙壁波紋管是近年發展起來的一種新型PVC管材，國外著重應用于建筑排水、排污管、電工穿線管、埋地排水管等領域；國內廣泛應用于電纜套管、建筑排水管、農用排水管、灌溉、化工、醫藥及通風管道等方面。由于PVC提供了良好的性能價格比，未來PVC管材仍是世界塑料管材生產使用的主要品種之一。預計2010年全球PVC雙壁波紋管需求量將達到1240萬噸，2015年將達到1360萬噸；隨著國家大量投資建設交通、通訊、水利、能源等基礎設施，基礎建設工程為PVC雙壁波紋管的市場創造了新的發展機遇。預計國內2010年需求量將達到20萬噸，2015年將達到32萬噸，產品市場前景看好。

PVC double-wall corrugated pipe is a new PVC pipe in recent years. At abroad, it is mainly applied in construction drainage, sewage, electrical threading pipes, buried pipes and other areas. At home, it is widely used in cable casing, construction drainage, agricultural drainage, irrigation, chemical industry, medicine and ventilation ducts and so on. As the PVC provides an excellent price-performance ratio, PVC pipe will still be one of the main varieties to produce and use in the world in future. The demand for PVC double-wall corrugated pipe is expected to be 12.4 million tons in 2010 and 13.6 million tons in 2015.
